Don Ford with Weeds of Eden
Brown County Musician Don Ford performs acoustic folk rock from the heart. His musical influences include Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Tom Petty to name a few. Don covers classic acoustic folk rock tunes as well as originals with a touch of Bluegrass. He is a multi-instrumentalist and a Brown County favorite that performs regularly at Big Woods Brewing Company, Muddy Boots Café and at Big Woods Pizza Company in Nashville, Indiana and at other locations in Indy, Greenwood and Franklin.
Weeds of Eden plays music that dances a fine line between folk and punk - but is always fun. Featuring the beautiful vocal harmonies of Jennifer Evans and Holly McLin, the Indianapolis-based quartet performs a wide variety of original songs and covers a range of artists from the Monkees to Social Distortion. Instrumentally, the band's sound is propelled by the guitar-percussion combo of Tim Evans and Lor Tapscott. Weeds of Eden has played all over Indianapolis and around the Midwest for more than a decade.
