Nashville's Next Big Twang
Vision Music Inc. is proud to present the finale for its summer concert series titled, Nashville's Next Big Twang!
Back by popular demand and headlining the show is:
David Adam Byrnes:
Sherwood, Arkansas native David Adam Byrnes is rooted in the kind of tradition that audiences can't deny. It's in Byrnes' genuine southern drawl, his natural gravitation toward a loud, rowdy honky-tonk stage it's in the unmistakable sincerity of his lyrics. With strong pride for his country and a loving devotion to his family, this good ole' boy from The Natural State is just that natural and is poised to make a lasting impression on country music. www.davidadambyrnes.com
Supporting artists:
Conner Sweet:
Ever since I was a little kid, I have loved music--particularly country music. I come from a long line of singers and musicians, so I guess it's only natural that I would have a real passion for it. I love the styles of country legends such as George Jones, Johnny Cash, and George Strait. I also really enjoy modern music, and some of my favorites are Thomas Rhett, Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan.
I have recently graduated from Goodpasture High School outside of Nashville. I will be attending Vol State in the fall, but really plan to spend the next year writing and pursuing my dream of continuing to improve my music to become a traditional country artist. I am a member of BMI in Nashville, and I have been blessed to write with some of the best writers in the business. I play regularly at venues around the Nashville area, including Tootsie's, Rippy's and Honky Tonk Central. As well, my first official music video, "Young and Dumb," is out on Youtube and Vimeo, and I have been cast as Elijah Murphy in the upcoming movie, THE REINS MAKER.
I appreciate the support I get from my family, friends and fans. It means a lot.
Blane Howard:
At the age of 3, Blane stood in front of the TV with a blue and green plastic guitar and sang along with Alan Jackson's "Chasin' That Neon Rainbow." He dreamed of one day growing up to be a country singer just like Alan Jackson. Over 20 years later, Blane is still chasing that same dream he had as a kid. Growing up in south Arkansas, Blane was highly influenced by the music that surrounded him from the country styles of Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Vince Gill and Randy Travis, to the Classic Rock of Lynyrd Skynyrd and AC/DC. Today, he is heavily influenced by the styles of Chris Young, Blake Shelton and David Nail. All of these influences have made an impact on Blane's unique style of country, mixing the authenticity of the 90's with the contemporary edge of today.
