BOSSA NOVA WAY, Lecture-Concert on Brazilian Jazz with Joseh Garcia
Bossa Nova Way is a lecture and concert in which you will experience and understand the most international form of Brazilian music. This event includes the history of Brazilian Jazz, fascinating facts, and exciting anecdotes involved with one of the most soothing and sensual music in the world.
This is a multimedia event in which live music is intertwined with a presentation of slides. Joseh Garcia sings the standards of Bossa Nova accompanied by guitarist Bryan Olson . You will be touched by the beauty of the songs as you expand your musical knowledge.
Accomplished singer/songwriter who offers live concerts, lectures, and workshops on Brazilian music and Psychology. Joseh has a Certificate in Sound Healing and a PhD in Psychology focused on the transformative potential of music.
Previously this event has been successfully presented in academic institutions such as California Institute of Integral Studies.
