Paul A. Young Book Launch
Widely regarded as the best chocolatier in the UK, Paul A Young has three chocolateries in London and consistently wins awards for his creations. Paul's book, 'Adventures with Chocolate' won Best Chocolate Book in the World at the Gourmand Book Awards in Paris last year and is now launching in the US. Paul will be conducting a tasting of some of his chocolates and a recipe from his book using Mast Brothers Chocolate.
Join us at Mast Brothers' new factory space in Brooklyn to celebrate "Adventures in Chocolate" with Paul Young himself and the chocolate makers at Mast Brothers.
