Concrete Meets Silicon
Around The Block / Al Doblar La Esquina presents Concrete Meets Silicon, a program linking technology and New York City communities: Three inside NYC one-act plays (Equity showcase): Date-O-Rama, by Jeffrey Harmon Smith; Two Realities, by Derek Lively; Iterated And Incremental, by Carlos Jerome. Directors: Don Bill and Gloria Zelaya (Note: Contains some language that may be inappropriate for children.)
Also: an exhibit of mural and urban art by Around The Block artists, Hector Marin Arias, Jane Hoffer, Emily Ranseen, Breanna Benz, William Tucker, Melody Reed.
The place: the famed, but comfortable Abingdon Theatre, in the heart of midtown. Fully wheel-chair accessible.
