Silver and Gold

Silver & Gold is a holiday celebration for the community which combines a carnival-style event with installations by local artists, a screening of the Band of Toughs' favorite holiday film, previews of local theatre companies' upcoming seasons, and food and drink from local vendors. With a costumed photo booth, white elephant gift exchange and raffle, and wicked holiday carols composed by audience suggestion, the Band of Toughs plans to celebrate the season in style. In addition, this innovative partnership event for Boulder's theatre community offers an opportunity for local companies to come together to preview the upcoming events of 2012. Performers will include theatre companies The Catamounts and square product theatre; dance companies kim olson/sweet edge and Syzygy Butoh; musicians from the Bao Boa Festival; visual artists Amelia Charter and Jeff Goldberg; and the cast of 'BALLS! A Holiday Spectacular.'
