Enjoy an informative evening with demonstrations of five themed courses by Chef Scott. Inspired by Markethouse's farm-to-table philosophy celebrating the flavors of America's heartland, this class features tips, recipes and generous tastings of each dish paired with cocktails. The dinner will include duck for one of the courses...(I will have the complete menu a few days prior to this event because the dishes are prepared with ingredients that are seasonally available.)
