"The Kitchen Krewe" WYOU TV Show Taping
"The Kitchen Krewe" is a cooking class and television series designed to teach parents and kids cooking techniques, skills, and food choices needed to make meals together with healthy and sustainable foods.
Host and locavore chef Barbara Wright will demonstrate cooking techniques for parents and children to work together to prepare a meal from scratch in front of a live studio audience. Barbara will coach and supervise two parent-child students to cook this episodes meals of the day!
This episode will be taped at the new Meadowridge Library on Monday, 9/14 from 5-7pm. All audience members will get a chance to taste the meal at the end of the taping.
"The Kitchen Krewe" television series will air on WYOU Community Television and video streamed on WYOU's website this fall.
