"Kaiseki" is one of the styles of Japanese cuisine, a course style Japanese cuisine made of various seasonal ingredients and cooked by variety of cooking methods. With monthly theme based on Japanese culture, the Japanese Kaiseki chef, Hiro Tawara will serve you a beautiful and delicious course of 5 dishes including a dessert. Appetizer: Deep-fried King crab and fig in a light savoy soup
Sashimi: Assorted seasonal Sashimi
Grilled Dish: Grilled Beef tenderloin and Rock Oyster marinated in sauce
Rice Dish: Broiled eel on rice
Dessert: Black tea Granite with peach and condense milk puree
