the butcher benefit dinner series
come join skillet, farmstead meatsmith and hilliards beer in the release of the 1st in a series of instructional webisodes on artisan butchery. Along with the viewing enjoyment, we'll be doing a 6 course meal featuring a 1/2 a hog, as much beer and wine as you can consume... As well as a full butchery demonstration from brandon sheard of a 1/2 a hog.
