8:30pm - We'll be moving the tables for the dance party! Cash bar and homemade meze
Note that a full-menu late dinner will be available from 8:30pm through the dance party, but must be purchased in advance. Also there is limited seating for the sitdown buffet dinner.

Salad Course: Shopska Salad
Main Course, choice of:
- Pork under Blanket (Pork Chops roasted under blanket of sauerkraut) with choice of Mashed Potatoes or Rice Pilaf
- Chicken Guvetch (Roasted Chicken meat with potatoes, peppers, eggplant, green beans, tomatoes and more) with a side of Roasted Beet Salad
- Vegetarian Guvetch (Beans, roasted potatoes, peppers, eggplant, green beans, tomatoes and more) with a side of Roasted Beet Salad
Dessert:
One slice each of:
- Tikvenik (Bulgarian phyllo dough pastry with butternut squash, walnuts, spices)
- Apple Strudel (Bulgarian phyllo dough pastry with apples, walnuts, spices)
All homemade and from scratch
$40 includes 3 course dinner, a glass of wine or beer, table music and live music party
$30 student rate includes dinner, a non-alcoholic drink, table music and live music party
Dinner tickets must be purchased by Wednesday night.
