The Siebel Institute of Technology & Brewers Association are proud to present professional-level brewing education at the 2016 Great American Beer Festival in Denver. The event will be held on the afternoon of Friday, October 7th, 2016 at the Denver Marriott City Center.
The 4-hour Siebel Institute Sensory Analysis Seminar is designed to train brewers and beer enthusiasts in the process of sensory evaluation of beer. The origin and control of the various flavors will be discussed and students will have the opportunity to smell & taste beers that have been spiked with a variety of food-grade flavor compounds.
