WHITE NOISE; EMBRACING THE SPIRIT is a one-day retreat for writers, poets, painters, photographers, and curious others, to explore, write, paint, & create on the grounds of one of the most haunted locations in the Midwest, the Belvoir Winery. (www.belvoirwinery.com) This family-owned establishment is located on 170 breath-taking acres in a complex formerly known as the Odd Fellows Home in Liberty, Missouri, just north of Kansas City.

During the retreat, you'll learn about the rich 130-year history of the property, from its early roots as the Reed Springs Hotel, through the period as the historic Odd Fellows Home. Gather your art supplies, cameras, notebooks, and journals to explore the grounds, allow it to inspire your creativity, seek out spirits, and your sense of curiosity. Plein air painters will enjoy the awe-inspiring location!
