There are few things I enjoy more than spending a Sunday afternoon cooking dinner, maybe something a little more elaborate than our typical weeknight fare. And my favorite companion in the kitchen is Lynn Rosetto Kasper, host of NPR's "The Splendid Table." Now, with producer and co-author Sally Swift, Lynn has produced the perfect book with which to plan those meals, The Splendid Table's How To Eat Weekends.
