The long awaited return of chef Evan Scott sharing his talent for sushi.

Evan Scott is an exceptional chef, but most importantly, he is an exceptional human.  He has been Paladar family since the beginning.  This will be his forth time holding the reigns as head chef at Polly's Paladar, but his 15th time (at least... I've lost count) in the kitchen. A record holder, by far. He's just that good and for a white boy, his sushi skills are off the hook!  He was, after all, trained by Kauru Suzuki (proprietor of our beloved Sushi in the Raw in Nevada City) and remains the only sushi chef honored with the position of Front Bar Chef in that distinguished establishment.  Evan moves at lightning speed, composes beautiful edible art, and maintains a certain humility that seasons his food with gold.  It is an extreme honor that he would share his talents with us again.  Please join us for this mouthwatering, multi course, and prix fixe sushi dinner in honor of the fifth flavor.  Experience the food bliss and euphoria that only sushi can give.  Experience UMAMI.
