Cookies & Beer: The Cookbook Release Party

We're going to return to the scene of the cookie caper. This here is a cookbook release party and you, yes you, are invited. We're talking signed copies of Cookies & Beer -- the cookbook that has 40 cookie recipes from bakers, pastry chefs, and brewers from across the country along with their forever beers and styles -- out on October 6 from Andrews McMeel Publishing.

But, what else does my ticket get me, Mr. automated event description page? You not only get a signed copy of the book -- signed by the author on the spot and dedicated to whomever you want -- you also get a free beer token (it's a short pour, but, hey it's free) and free cookie samples of...the...cookies....in...the...book.

We'll have friends and bakers from the local bakeries featured in the book on hand (they'll sign too if you ask) and quite simply a lot of joy.
