2015 Avery Midnight Breakfast
Avery Brewing Company and Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen are welcoming the Great American Beer Festival attendees in great American style for the fifth year with Midnight Breakfast at Euclid Hall right after the first GABF session on Thursday, September 24th. The doors at Euclid Hall kick open at 10:15 and the breakfast gets underway at 10:30 p.m. Tickets for this late night beer breakfast are $125 per person (tax and gratuity included).
2015 menu:
Raspberry sour: duck Benedict: duck confit polenta cake, poached egg, crispy duck prosciutto, "foie n' dais" like hollandaise but BETTER, buttermilk spread.
Einzigartig: chicken and biscuits: tobacco smoked bacon fat biscuits, fried chicken oysters, Chartreuse and fresh berry jam.
Tweak: blueberry pancakes: house cured crispy bacon, blueberry jam, herbed butter, lardo powdered sugar
Black Eye: steak & eggs: pan-seared New York strip, cured egg yolk, potatoes confit, caviar, puffed barley
Insula multos Collibus & Tectum et Elix: parfait: cured and raw salmon, horseradish/ dill rim, lemon cream, bagel chips
5 Monks: scones a la mode: black currant scone, brown butter ice cream, bourbon sauce
Billed as a late night beer breakfast of epic proportions, the culinary crew at Euclid Hall and Avery Brewing Co. have joined forces yet again to create a multi-course breakfast that is not to be missed. Look for special Avery brews like 5 Monks, Antonius Carmen, Tectum Et Elix, Fortuna and a few other pulls from the cellar.
