Mount Baker Home Tour
This one-day event showcases the diverse architectural treasures of our neighborhood, featuring six distinctive homes and the majestic Franklin High School. And back by popular demand is the Arts & Crafts Fair in the Clubhouse, the first and last stop of the Tour.
The Home Tour is the single largest funding source for the wide array of programs sponsored by the Mount Baker Community Club. Let's come together as a community, in support of our community.
Some of the highlighted historic homes include:
*A 1920 French Mediterranean, dramatically situated on the point overlooking Lake Washington. *A mid-century modern 4,000 square foot family home, extensively remodeled to emit a calm, light-infused presence. *A gracious English Tudor built in 1914 with clinker brick and restored authentic details. *A 1906 classic filled with wood trim, art, and a floor plan that continues to evolve through renovations spanning 28 years. *An original home design that is efficiently purposeful in its use of material, light and space, and sustains the way one young family lives, works and plays. *A vintage 1913 Craftsman Bungalow along beautiful Hunter Boulevard. PLUS - Celebrate Franklin High School's 100th birthday as our public space on the Tour!
