When a fleeing suspect kicks Bryan a cool, collected cop and family man, in the face, his world turns upside down. He is paralyzed, and now depends on people around him for the simplest things. It will be a long, slow process before he can keep his promise to walk his son's fiancee down the aisle if he is able to walk at all.
