Hello,Thanks for contacting Brown Paper Tickets. We can check into a refund for you. The most secure way to access an order is with the order confirmation number, though we can also use the last four digits of the credit card and the card holder's last name. Once we get that info, we can check into a cancellation. We're here 24/7 by phone and email (support@brownpapertickets.com).Charlie KingCall Center Representative, SP/ENBrown Paper Ticketscharlie@BrownPaperTickets.com(800) 838-3006www.BrownPaperTickets.com |
