Dinner Conversation: Building a Local Grain Economy
Community Grains is a California company doing pioneering work to build a local grain economy and redefine what we think "whole grain" to mean. Working with mid-sized, local farmers, pioneering whole grain baking and cooking, and researching the health benefits of true whole grains, Community Grains is taking looking at the entire picture. It is the Whole Sha-Bang!
Join us for a dinner conversation with founder Bob Klein (owner of East Bay restaurant Oliveto), to learn about why we should care about a local grain economy and getting the most nutrition out of our grains.
