Bohemia Viva! in San Miguel de Allende
Luis Lujan and Andrea Mottura of Bohemia Viva captured the hearts of San Miguel audiences who filled the theatre at their first two shows in July and are back by popular demand at Santa Ana Theatre on August 10, 12, 19 and 27, 2015 at 7:30 pm. The duo perform a variety of English and Spanish favorites as well their original compositions during the 90 minute show.
This Argentinian duo is on fire with wonderful energy, incredible voices and an eclectic style that takes you on a special musical journey that you'll not soon forget. Beautiful acoustic latin rhythms and timeless classics are combined with rich, sensual harmonies in a unique art-filled style. Their unique personalities and stories of their travels around the world compliment their music.
Bohemia Viva has been a huge hit for the past several years in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico where they perform at the legendary Palm Cabaret in their own show and in a trio show with Amy Armstrong, a popular singer and comedian from Chicago. One year ago the duo traveled to Italy for a series of shows and a special sold-out concert at Villa Farsetti, performing with musicians from Venezuela, Argentina and Italy. In collaboration with Allan G. Shephard, who has been music great Phil Collins' sound engineer, their show sold out more than 500 seats at the enchanting, historical Italian villa at the conclusion of their trip.
Tickets for Bohemia Viva's shows may be purchased at the Teatro Santa Ana Box Office at the biblioteca or 415 152 0293 ext 116.
