Autumn Harvest Feast
Come and share a family style Sunday dinner with your farmers, artisans, and friends to celebrate the Autumn harvest.
The Classic City Chefs will be preparing locally produced ingredients sourced from the Athens Farmers Market for a truly amazing meal for us to enjoy together.
All proceeds from the event will benefit two amazing local initiatives: Wholesome Wave Georgia, which allows the Athens Farmers Market to double the value of SNAP recipients' dollars at the market, and the Classic City Chef's Association, which provides financial and other support to young chefs pursuing their dream of a culinary education.
Also, a silent auction with items from the market and special packages from the Chefs' will be ready for your bids!

MENU:
Starters- Small cheese and vegetable plates at each table
Hot dishes- Duck confit hash with Roasted Potatoes Prosciutto wrapped pork loin with Roasted apples Roasted chicken with Cider vinegar sauce Zucchini and roasted tomatoes au gratin Gratin of cavolo nero with roasted cauliflower, red onion, and chile flake Roasted potatoes
Cold dishes- Pickled beets with Orange and arugula Brussels sprouts with Walnut vinaigrette Mixed local greens with Sherry vinaigrette and roasted squash Marinated vegetable salad Assorted breads, Butter, Olive Oil and balsamic vinegar
Dessert- Grit Pie with whipped cream made with Red Mule Grits Apple Strudel Cookies and Brownies - from our local vendors Big City Bread and Dondero's Kitchen 1000 Faces coffee and Royal cup tea
