Lower Manhattan Eats: Wine Trail

The Alliance for Downtown New York's walking food tour series, Lower Manhattan Eats, continues on Saturday, October 22, 2011 with a three-hour trip featuring the neighborhood's renowned wine shops.

Participants will go from river to river, stopping at five Lower Manhattan destinations and all for one low price of $25.

As in previous seasons, the culinary adventures feature a rotating cast of Lower Manhattan's best restaurants and food shops. Last month's food tour featured restaurants around the Lower Manhattan Waterfront. Previous tours were themed around "Old New York", "Taste of Ireland" for St. Patrick's Day and "Savor the Romance" for Valentine's Day.

Starting locations will vary depending on the itinerary. Be sure to submit an email address where we can send you updates.

Note: LOWER MANHATTAN EATS tours will begin promptly at 12 noon. Tickets must be purchased in advance. The tour will include a wide variety of foods, including meat and shellfish. Alcohol will be served on this tour. All participants must be at least 21 years of age. WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR CHANGES FOR UNUSED TICKETS AFTER THE TOUR HAS TAKEN PLACE. If you need to cancel your participation in the tour, please do so before noon (12 pm) on the Friday before the tour.
