Grass Identification: Tools and Techniques
This two day lecture, lab and field class, taught by expert botanist Peter Warner, will focus on the challenging identification and ecology of true grasses. Content will include plant structure, terminology, and techniques for field identification of common grass species of interior Sonoma County. Bring lunch and water and wear layered apparel and sturdy hiking shoes. Ages 14 and up welcome.
