Linger & Learn: Beercraft
Autumn is in the air and our first annual Hogtoberfest is right around the corner, so it's the perfect time for the next installment of South City Kitchen Vinings' Linger & Learn educational series on Wednesday, October 12 at 5:30pm.

You'll learn from our skilled chefs how to make your own bacon and slow-smoked pork BBQ ribs at home in two interactive cooking demos.
During the beer tasting and cooking demos, you'll nibble on bacon-wrapped chicken livers, bananas with peanuts and honey, shrimp and scallops; slow-smoked pork BBQ ribs with apple slaw; sea salt and vinegar pork rinds; and city ham and cheese fritters with Creole cane syrup mustard.
