Attendees will sample several kinds of dark chocolate as Jack Bishop explains how to taste chocolate, how to rate the samples, and walks attendees through the tasting process. Afterward, he'll share the winning chocolate, the magazine article it inspired, and offer other insider observations the kitchens of Cook's Illustrated.
