Taste of Home Cooking School

Taste of Home's local culinary specialist Michelle Roberts will share her home cooking tips and tricks while demonstrating step-by-step recipes for the season's best dishes at the Mebane Arts Center Thursday, Oct. 8. Attendees will receive a gift bag including the Taste of Home Cooking School magazine, coupons from participating national food companies, samples & gifts. Attendees can also enter for a chance to win one of many door prizes, including the recipes created onstage that night! Come early to shop at more than 20 exhibitor booths food vendors also on site for dinner. Come join us!

Cooks Who Care

Bring a canned food donation for Allied Churches.
The Taste of Home Cooking School and the Times-News are proud to announce Cooks Who Care as part of this season's cooking show. Cooks Who Care unites compassionate, real people across the country, who give back through food.
The Taste of Home Cooking School invites you to join in this effort by bringing non-perishable food items to the show on October 8, 2015. All items will be donated to Allied Churches and benefit those in need throughout the community.
