Enoversity: German, Austrian, and Alsatian Wines
At our Enoversity "classes," guests sample and learn about various wines, focused on that month's topic. Whether guests have been studying wine for years, or are just looking to be more wine savvy in 2015, all will enjoy the interactive, informative classes led by ENO's expert staff of sommeliers.
In addition to wine, guests will be served an assortment of cheeses, chocolates, and charcuterie to enjoy during the class.
Where France, Austria, and Germany come together are various mountain waters and mineral rich soils. The wines from here display exotic, rich flavors of the earth in clear and focused ways. This class will have some interesting comparisons of white grapes such as Riesling, Pinot Blanc, and Gewurztraminer, but there are some very cool red expressions of Merlot, Pinot Noir, and the elusive Lemberger!
Enoversity is an intimate setting, so only 10 people can attend each class. If you are somehow unable to purchase any tickets through this site, please email: alex.smith.mjsh@ihg.com.
We'll see you soon!
