Enoversity: The Wines of the Pacific Northwest
At our Enoversity "classes," guests sample and learn about various wines, focused on that month's topic. Whether guests have been studying wine for years, or are just looking to be more wine savvy in 2015, all will enjoy the interactive, informative classes led by ENO's expert staff of sommeliers.
In addition to wine, guests will be served an assortment of cheeses, chocolates, and charcuterie to enjoy during the class.
Oregon vineyard sites sit on the same 45 degree latitude line as Burgundy, France, which sets the stage for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to grow fabulously. Many tremendous growing regions are on the border of OR and WA. These relatively young plantings are producing terrific expressions of Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet. We will be tasting these fine wines, in addition to some funky ones at this month's class!
Enoversity is an intimate setting, so only 10 people can attend each class. If you are somehow unable to purchase any tickets through this site, please email: alex.smith.mjsh@ihg.com.
We'll see you soon!
