Vancouver International Flamenco Festival | Basic Inquiry Studio "Arte y Pasion"
ARTE Y PASIÒN, exploring flamenco dance and rhythm in art, provides an opportunity for Vancouver artists to see and interpret dancers in their process. Capturing the intensity of dance and expression, as well as the figure in motion, have all been challenges of this project. Flamenco dancers have been modelling for sessions at Basic Inquiry since December 2014, and the results are here. We hope you enjoy them.
ARTE Y PASIÒN is a collaboration between BASIC INQUIRY STUDIO and FLAMENCO ROSARIO, coordinating with the September 19-27 VANCOUVER INTERNATIONAL FLAMENCO FESTIVAL, which enjoys enthusiastic participants and audiences at several venues in Vancouver.
