Lianne Mauladin presents the Mary-Janes Of Comedy the Saugeen Shores Comedy Festival's final show of 2015!

The Saugeen Shores Comedy Festival's final show of 2015 comes to Southampton's Walker House on Saturday, August 29th at 9:30PM (doors open at 9PM).
The Mary-Janes Of Comedy is hosted by the hilarious Lianne Mauladin and showcases some of Canada's funniest women including:

Dena Jackson
Jennifer O'Reilly
Camille Côté
& Marianne Gibson
LIANNE MAULADIN
Known for her laid back, straight-shooting, style of comedy, Lianne Mauladin talks about life experiences and surprises audiences with her view of society.
Lianne performs regularly at comedy clubs in and around Toronto and has performed across the USA and in the UK. Mauladin's festival appearances include, The Durham Region Comedy Festival, The Out of Bounds Festival in Austin, The Frigid Festival in New York, Boston's Women in Comedy Festival, The Hubcap Festival in Moncton, NXNE and the SheDot comedy festival in Toronto.
Performing live on ABC's "The View" is a career highlight but Lianne is no stranger to broadcast media, she already has appearances on Bite TV, iChannel, XM Satellite Radio, and Rogers TV under her belt.
Mauladin also creates "Welcome to Bloordale" a weekly online comic strip that has also been picked up by a Toronto newspaper.
Lianne hosts and produces the Mary-Janes of Comedy Show, which is the longest running all female stand-up comedy show in Toronto.
Jillian Thomas began the "Mary-Janes of Comedy", in an underground cafe in Toronto. The show originally featured a full line up of new and experienced stand-up and character comics, now each show features some of the funniest female Stand up comics around.
CANDICE GREGORIS
Since 2006, Candice Gregoris has been reveling in her passive-aggressive style of stand-up comedy, making unusual connections to the absurd in everyday life. She's a regular performer on stages around Toronto, has performed for audiences in New York City, and is a member of the Mary Janes of Comedy group of touring comics.
Candice brings her background in sketch and improv to her stand-up having trained at The Second City Toronto in both the Conservatory Program and their Writers' Program. She's also a founding member of the experimental troupe Haus of Bot and a Canadian Comedy Award nominee for CAMARO: On Her Majesty's Secret Cervix.
JENNIFER O'REILLY
A full-time resident of Port Elgin, Ontario, Jennifer O'Reilly is a graduate of the Humber College School of Comedy Writing and Performance. The skills she developed in school paired with her many natural talents have allowed this spitfire to build a solid career and reputation in Canadian comedy. Though she was born in Hamilton, Ontario Jen has worked hard at producing and hosting private events plus her own Comedy In the Country shows around Grey-Bruce and has established herself as one of the region's treasures.
CAMILLE CÔTÉ
Born in Toronto and raised in Winnipeg, Camille Cote is back in Toronto and is making waves in the comedy scene.
Trained in improv with Second City for improv and with Humber College's School of Comedy Writing and Performance Camille is a student of hilarity.
On stage, Camille shares personal anecdotes with her first intention of connecting with the audience and second intention of them maybe falling in love with her.
Her credits include being featured on "Rooftop Comedy", NXNE Festival, Aaron Arbers "International Skype open mic", Sirius XM Altdot, Durham Comedy festival, Rogers TV "Can you make em' laugh", WEST END GIRLS, Yuk Yuk's, Comedy Bar, Absolute Comedy, and Second City.
MARIANNE GIBSON
Being a full-time mom, wife, comedienne and artist with a full-time job combines with Marianne's Gibson's unique perspective to make for hilarious, heartwarming stories. Marianne's passion for silliness in the spotlight is backed up by some serious paperwork, she's a graduate of Second City's Conservatory Program and has a BA in Fine Art from the University of Guelph where she specialized in performance.
