ACT I presents SS2015: A Reinvention Festival
Join us for our 4th Annual Summersplosion weekend! This year, we're producing all four shows on the same evening as part of a Reinvention Festival to kick off our new, reinvented season. Join us at the beautiful amphitheater at Clarence Brown Conference Center on the afternoon and evening of August 1st and enjoy a variety of activities, including our four student-written, directed, costumed, and performed productions.
Each team is comprised of 6-9 individuals ranging from 8-25 who have, over the course of this summer, developed a new one-act production. Each show is between half an hour and a full hour, and everything within each was developed and put on stage by the students themselves.
The festival will kick off at 2pm, with the shows starting at 3pm and running back-to-back through the evening. We'll have vendors and activities available for the times between each show, including food available for purchase catered by Alisha's Kitchen (www.alishaskitchen.com).
A percentage of all money raised by the event will be donated to Relay For Life of Bartow County for our ACT I team.
