The Italian Holiday Table
Local cook and Italy-import Viola Buitoni knows a thing or two about Christmas in her home country and wants to share the these traditions with you! She will discuss regional differences and common threads, as well as individual cooking expression and its contextualization within Italian society, culture and religion. Viola is also making galatina and serving panettone and sparkling wine.
*note: tasting portions only will be served. You should plan on having dinner after.
