Atomic Vaudeville presents: 'Legoland'
Penny and Ezra, the infamous Lamb siblings, extradited to Canada after a brutal attack on one of America's most beloved pop stars, give a twisted and engrossing presentation of the harrowing odyssey from their days as home-schooled commune-dwelling prairie youths to the pulsing darkness of a Miami hip-hop club. The Lambs fulfill their ensuing community service requirements with this, a contemporary Vaudeville routine complete with ukulele, puppets, and gangster rap presented by the "Gruesome Twosome" Canada's youngest drug cartel.
Victoria theatre company Atomic Vaudeville presents the West Coast debut of the award-winning play Legoland, written by Jacob Richmond, directed by Jacob Richmond and Britt Small, and performed by Celine Stubel and Amitai Marmorstein, Legoland has emerged as a top draw across Canada, earning rave reviews and top honors in every city it has played, including its recent Festival Favorite award at the Frigid Festival in New York City (Legolands only other U.S. appearance).
Patrons who attend 'The Cody Rivers Show: Stick to Glue' at 8:00 can see 'Legoland' for only $9 (tickets are reguarly $12). For details about The Cody Rivers Show, visit: http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/16122
