AN ACTOR'S FUND BENEFIT FOR H.E.L.P. (THE HOWL EMERGENCY LIFE PROJECT)
Halloween elite team THE JACKIE FACTORY (Jackie 60, Night of 1000 Stevies, Low Life @ Howl) reunite with EDITRIX ABBY (Click + Drag, Burning Man) for GHOSTLIGHT, a gala Halloween follies benefitting the HOWL EMERGENCY LIFE PROJECT. That most haunted of East Village venues THEATRE 80 ST. MARKS will become a ghostly MUSIC HALL for the evening, with three sets (10 PM, 11 PM and midnight) starring a panoply of local
legends and emerging talent.
From master puppeteer BASIL TWIST (ARIAS WITH A TWIST, THE ADDAMS FAMILY) comes the evening's demon mascot, and the Haunted Spectacle onstage stars THE PIXIE HARLOTS, FLLOYD, AMBER RAY, RACHEL KLEIN THEATRE in THE TRAGEDY OF MARIA MACABRE Ballet, PRINCESS XTRAVAGANZA, VANGELINE THEATER, ST. EVE, AMMO and NATORAJ in PSYCHIC LAUNDRY, A New Year Samhain Ritual, HEATHER LITTEER and ZECCA ESQUIBEL, POISON EVE, aerialist RACHEL SALZMAN, THE DUELING BANKHEADS (DAVID ILKU and CLARK RENDER) and FUDGIE FROTTAGE as LEON TROTSKY. MC PAUL ALEXANDER of THE ONES presides with GHOSTLIGHT producers CHI CHI VALENTI and EDITRIX ABBY, and special guest MISSTRESS FORMIKA. Visuals will include vintage ROB ROTH creations and the evening's soundtrack is by ALTHEA LOVELESS (Long Black Veil @ Mother), JACKIE FACTORY maestro JOHNNY DYNELL (Jackie 60, Vandam) and East Village music
guru LOAD REZENHAND.
