Join Chef Karrie at our fourth in a seasonal series of dinners featuring our favorite farmers, ranchers and fisherman and their wonderful food.
This summer we are thrilled to showcase a whole pig from Phil Noble of Sage Mountain Farm, Tim and LaVonna Connelly of Connelly Gardens in Ramona, Tommy Gomes of Catalina Offshore Products and beer pairings by Alex Carballo of URBN ST. Brewing.
Wine pairings will also be available upon request.
5:30 - 6:30 Farmer Facetime Cocktail Hour includes farmer/fisherman/producer meet and greet, signature cocktails and family style charcuterie and appetizers.
6:45 - Chef Karrie's Five Course tribute to the work that our farmers do. With pairings of local beer (wine optional) and narration by farmers, fisherman, wineries and chefs.
