A Night of Tribal Jazz
From Hell's Kitchen, NY ... to Beacon, NY...
This coming Oct 15th a production of "A Night of Tribal Jazz" at The Howland Cultural Center. Critically acclaimed guitarist Chris Crocco will lead master musicians Ross Pederson (percussion), and Californian Kenny Brooks (saxophone). Ross Pederson has recorded on dozens of albums ranging from Jazz to Indie Rock, and has performed at the Montreaux, Vienne, North Sea, and Umbria jazz festivals. Californian Kenny Brooks co-founded Alphabet Soup, the first hip/hop-jazz group to perform at both the Monterey and San Francisco Jazz Festivals.
"A Night of Tribal Jazz" will feature two energetic sets (they will pour it on you!), video art by Cristin Hughes, and live tattoos!
