Rombauer Winemaker Dinner
"The Joy of Wine" - Our philosophy of wine and food goes back to Koerner Rombauer's ancestors from the wine growing region in Reingau, Germany, where wine is considered an essential complement to a meal. "The Joy of Wine" is a direct connection to "The Joy of Cooking", written by Koerner's great aunt, Irma Rombauer. Irma Rombauer was the renowned author of the "The Joy of Cooking", one of the United States' most published cookbooks, having been in print continuously since 1936.
