We've got a great night of Sake and appetizers lined up for the 6th of August! It'll be an after-hours tasting at Aurora Provisions with food made in house and designed to match the Sakes to heighten the experience.
Tell your friends! This is a great opportunity to try new things and/or to explore and learn more about Sake! Tetsuya is engaging and passionate about Sake and is eager to share his knowledge with us.
The lineup will include:
Hana Awaka, sparkling Sake
Ozeki"Platinum", Junmai Daiginjo Sake
Yamada Nishiki, Tokubetsu Junmai Sake
Komatsu Tatewaki, Cedar Cask Aged Sake
Ozeki "Nigori", Cloudy Sake
We suggest that you arrive as close to 7pm as possible so that we can promptly dive in! (We've only got two hours!)
