Farm to Table Cooking Class
Harvest Bounty featuring Julia Deane, Founder of Culinary Works. Julia's menu is crafted around the Fall season and based on organically grown ingredients from Ambler Farm. Students will participate in meal preparation and enjoy a four-course meal served family style. Suggested wine pairing for each course will be shared. Menu: -Curried Butternut Squash Soup with Fried Onions and Cider Cream -Pumpkin Risotto -Seared Day Boat Sea Scallops with Browned Butter and Crispy Sage -Homemade Applesauce -Biscotti
$75 per person for Non-Members $70 per person for 2011 or 2012 Members
