Jammer Clinic with LeBrawn Maimes
Sacred City will be hosting a jammer skills clinic with LeBrawn Maimes of Rat City Rollergirls. Must be 18+ and passed MSRs to attend!
Schedule
Sunday 7/19 from 10:00-2:00
10:00-11:00- Being a force: Creating powerful forward pressure, causing constant defensive readjustment and preventing blockers from forcing you out of bounds.
11:00-12:00- Ripping seams and breaking through walls: How to dismantle walls at speed and from a stopped position, creating wedges in even the tightest of walls with your entire body and harnessing your momentum to effectively jam through walls.
12:00-1:00- Creating your own opportunities: Controlling blockers, baiting your opponents and ruining blockers' lives with large lateral movements and rapid fire engagement.
1:00-2:00- Squirrelly jamming and fancy footwork: Build your arsenal by mastering quick changes in speed, direction and levels.
