Wilson & Company

Husband-and-wife duo Ken Wilson (vocals, 6- and 12-string guitars, harmonica) and Debbie (vocals, keyboard, flute) joined forces with Brian Sherwood, (vocals, bass) in 2005 as Wilson & Company. Since that time, they've been regulars in a variety of central-Indiana wineries and clubs that feature solid acoustic music.

Ken began performing in the late 1970s. Shortly thereafter, he and Debbie began performing occasionally as a duo, while Ken continued to appear solo at venues throughout Indiana and in Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and Bradenton/Sarasota, Florida area. Brian Sherwood met the Wilsons after moving to Martinsville from Terre Haute in 2005. These days, Brian's bass fills in the bottom, and his vocals add a nice depth to the harmonies.

Wilson & Company performs a variety of classic and contemporary
acoustic music, as well as some originals. The group appreciates good music and enduring lyrics. Audiences can expect to hear songs from artists such as Gordon Lightfoot, James Taylor, the Beatles, Jimmy Buffett, Zac Brown Band, Sugarland, and others in those genres whose songs are popular today or have stood the test of time.

Wilson & Company enjoys building a rapport with their listeners, engaging them in the music, and creating a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. It's apparent that these folks not only appreciate the music, but appreciate sharing it with audiences as well. Good songs, solid musicianship, and friendly banter combine to make an afternoon or evening with Wilson & Company a pleasant experience.
