BLUEBIRD LOUNGE SONGWRITERS OPEN MIC WITH A TWIST...
The Twist is GREAT ENTERTAINMENT and our top winner of the night WINS 2 HOURS of Studio RECORDING TIME, And each week a GUESTS FROM THE MUSIC INDUSTRY be in the show. The best songwriter of the night will also COMPETE TO WIN their opportunity to open with OUR NEXT NATIONAL RECORDING ARTIST.

One feature artist and 9 general artist signups per week,
Limited online artist signups, with all other signups at the event from 6-7PM.
Songwriters perform in a musician friendly atmosphere on stage, and get good feedback and hone their craft. Special guests from the music industry include producers and engineers, professionals from recording studios, artist managers, radio disc jockeys, local touring bands and musicians who have already had some success.
Each performer gets to perform three songs or 10 minutes whichever comes first. The songwriters can play any song in any genre but only original songs will be eligible to win the studio time by being chosen best song that night.
