Beyond the Canning Jar - City Fruit Fall Fruit Series: Fruit Pies and Pastries
Butter or shortening? Cornstarch or Tapioca? Marcee Clark, currently enrolled in the Specialty Desserts and Breads program at Seattle Culinary Academy will answer both of these questions and more in this hands-on class. A rustic plum tart with a rye flour crust and a classic apple pie are on the menu; be prepared to create pie crust and pie filling perfection!
