Vegetative States
The Avian Orchestra returns this fall with a new program of music about plants @ the cell.
World premieres from Bret Battey, Max Duykers, Peter Flint, and Jonathan Newman as well as arrangements by Michael Gandolfi from his symphony "The Garden of Cosmic Speculation". The ensemble will be performing against a backdrop of video created by the composers with other collaborators.
Expect an evening of fun, progressive, and approachable new music with something for everyone.
