SKERRIT BWOY
Every generation there comes an undeniable talent, that changes the face of entertainment. In the Bronx, SKERRIT BWOY along with his GHETTO LIFE ENTERTAINMENT is ushering in a dancehall renaissance. Dedicated, talented, original, & unpredictable are juss a few words that come to mind after spending five minuets at one of his shows.
Celebrated for his maniacal, competitive style, and supercharged comical juggling, this likkle bwoy is one of the most loved and feared in the business. "Ooooh Wooooh" can be heard spewed throughout rammed dancehalls, accompanied by custom dub plates, 45 LPs, & side-splitting chatter. Many dread their initial meeting of SKERRIT BWOY, while others look forward to his vibrant spirit.
"SKERRIT BWOY" is History in the making. Recently the Bronx based selector has spearheaded "GHETTO LIFE SOUND" into being awarded Star Crew Entertainment "BRONX SOUND OF THE YEAR". 2005 - 2008 also found SKERRIT BWOY entertaining venues in Antigua, Barbuda, St. Kitts, Jamaica, Anguilla, Montserrat, Germany, Canada, Germany, and a host of other countries, islands, and cities.

BASS SCIENCE
Started in the summer of 2007 as 2-man Live P.A., making Dub-hop / Glitch step bass music. Bass Science fuses dubstep, glitch hop, IDM and dub into a fresh new sound that is simultaneously filthy and extremely clean. In less than a year since their inception, they have created a prolific body of work and electrified dance floors across the globe: call it glitchstep, call it dubhop, call it what you will, Bass Science's hybrid sounds are generating a cabinet-rattling buzz. In the past 2 years they've dazzled crowds at seminal festivals and clubs from UK's Glade to LA's Low End Theory, with globetrotting gigs spanning Asia, Europe and the US and sharing stages with STS9, Flying Lotus, Nosaj Thing, Eliot Lipp, and more. Bass Science's tracks, meanwhile, have received enthusiastic support from influential DJs like the BBC's Mary Anne Hobbs and Annie Nightingale, Resonance FM's Nick Luscombe, with regular rotation on Dubstep.FM. 2011 is a changing of an era for Bass Science. Don't turn your back on us, because Bass Science will continue to blow up, and not just the sound systems.

FAST NASTY (ALR)
Fast Nasty aka Matt Keaton has the energy of a 5 year old child on sugar .Hes always hyped up and ready to go and this makes his sets even that much more fun to witness. Its hard to attend any show in Knoxville without seeing the 26 yr old producer when hes in town. Born in Dandridge, TN 20 mins east of knoxville he's been attending shows since the young age of 14. " I made my brother take me to my first show when i was 14. We told my mom we were just gonna play video games at his house but he took me to see some hardcore bands at this little spot in west knoxville. It seemed like all my friends were playing instruments so i got my first guitar at 14 and played in bands with my friends all the way through college. I got a job at a local radio station with various duties but one was editing commercials in the studio", he said." And thats really where my first encounters came with making all digital music. I would get bored working late shifts on the weekends and i started fooling around with drum loops and my guitar then i started adding vocals and weird samples" he said. " Then after meeting local producer Spooky Jones his whole approach changed. " Spooky really helped me so much when i started using Ableton. He helped me translate my ideas into sound design and to really understand the art to creating your own sound from scratch." Fast forward a few years later and Fast Nasty has played alongside some of the biggest names in the industry like Starkey, Borgore, Joker, The Glitch Mob, Big Gigantic,Tipper, Mindelixir, Lazer Sword, Two Fresh, Conspirator, Future Rock, and many many more. Keep your eyes on this guy 2011 holds some big things for him.
