Pisco Cocktail How-To
Celebrate SF Cocktail Week in this hands-on Pisco Cocktails 101 class at 18 Reasons. Learn about the history of one of the oldest and purest of spirits and its connection to San Francisco. Once you know your facts, you'll learn more by mixing and shaking your own cocktails. Starting with the classic Pisco Sour, you'll be making simple syrup, cracking eggs, and slicing limes. Bring your own 8oz jar to take home a special coffee infused Pisco that you'll be making in class.
This class will be lead by Peruvian-born food writer and cook Nico Vera who recently cooked a sold-out gastronomical tour of Peruvian cuisine at 18 Reasons.
