Hullabaloo Family Arts Festival
The Hullabaloo Family Arts Festival is a one-day celebration of music, art, dance and storytelling for kids. The four-hour event will take place on the grounds of the historic Bernardo Winery in Rancho Bernardo. Award-winning children's musicians, dancers and storytellers will perform on three stages, hands-on art projects will be scheduled throughout the day and family oriented local businesses will gather to create a lively marketplace.
