Farm Dinner at Nichols Farm - September 25th
On September 25, 2011, Chef Michael McDonald takes his talents to Nichols Farm in Marengo, IL to fix a farm-fresh, five-course vegetarian feast, sure to satisfy veggie and meat lovers alike. This event is sponsored by Goose Island - so we will have a beer selection and one white wine option. Join us!
Tickets are $95 inclusive for a ticket with round trip bus fare & $65 for ticket without.

Jalapeno and sweet potato cornbread
Cold Sweet Corn Soup, Bi colored grilled corn, red chili popcorn
Grilled vegetable terrine, Swiss chard, roasted heirloom tomato sauce
Red, golden and candy cane beet salad, black walnuts, goat cheese
Sweet corn, pablano chili, tropea onion Tamale's Cabbage slaw, tomatillo salsa
Vegetable Paella, saffron Bahia rice
Polenta brown sugar cake, poached pear, pear chutney
Vanilla anglaise
**Bus details TBD - bus will be leaving one sixtyblue around 12pm and should be returning to one sixtyblue around 7:30pm.
